Job Responsibility:

• Implement, monitor and coordinate safety procedures at company offices, yards and project sites including Aramco sites
• Lead and assist in emergency response plans, evacuation plans and drills
• Make sure working area, equipment and facilities are safe and make regular inspections to assess and monitor risks for proper mitigation and prevention (i.e. fire alarm systems, and fire extinguisher)
• Accident investigation and reporting including near-miss and incidents with suggestions for corrective actions including warnings and observations
• Coordinate with safety supervisors and safety manager to implement safety plans and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company safety policy, government regulations, Aramco requirements and standards
• Promote safety culture among staff and workers via regular safety orientations and instructions including safety precautions for vehicles, equipment and tools
• Maintain accurate records and documentations including relevant forms

Job Requirements:

• Have technical diploma in safety related areas with at least 4 year experience in construction\contracting companies [or] Have university qualification in safety related areas with at least 2 year experience in construction\contracting companies
• Leadership, conflict and team management skills
• Advanced HSE knowledge of construction work at sites preferably in Aramco projects
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and familiar with Aramco regulations, standards and requirements
• Good manners, professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Responsible, reliable and safety cautious avoiding troubles and reckless decisions
• professional certifications are needed such as first aid, OSHA, NEBOSH
• English language and other professional skills (i.e. digital literacy) are needed
