Job Responsibility:

• • Supervise construction workers and labour at site making sure they follow safety, schedule, technical and quality procedures
• • Instruct workers and labour about their tasks and plan to meet their target according to safety, schedule, technical and quality standards
• • Assign tasks to workers ensuring project has adequate staff and tools to meet schedule
• • Write progress report and coordinate work between workers and engineers\ supervisors to follow up planning operations and fix issues proactively
• • Prepare permits ensuring all safety, schedule, technical and quality requirements including standards at Aramco sites
• • Ensure optimum efficiency leveraging manpower hours with effective results to achieve objectives on time with high quality and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum technical diploma preferably in construction related field such as civil technician\ inspector with at least 2-year experience [or] University qualification in project management related areas with at least 1 year experience in construction\contracting companies
• Leadership, conflict and team management skills
• HSE basic knowledge of construction work at sites preferably in Aramco projects
• Basic knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and preferably Aramco regulations
• Responsible, reliable and safety cautious avoiding troubles and reckless decisions
• Good manners, professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
• English language and other professional skills are big advantage
