Construction of villas, residential compounds, commercial buildings and administrative facilities, with coordinated delivery from approved design and procurement through construction and final handover, as required by the contract.
Steel Structure Fabrication & Installation
Fabrication, assembly and installation of steel structures and associated steelwork through Wjeen’s workshop and project teams, subject to approved drawings and specifications.
Industrial Construction Works
Construction activities within operating industrial facilities, carried out in accordance with site permits, operator requirements and approved health and safety procedures.
Pipeline Construction & Maintenance
Construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of pipeline systems and associated components, in accordance with project specifications and the approved work scope.
Civil Maintenance Services
Routine and corrective civil maintenance to help keep buildings, stations, plants and other facilities serviceable and fit for operation.
Manpower & Equipment Support
Provision of skilled personnel, technical manpower and suitable equipment to support client and contractor activities under agreed project requirements.
Site Development
Site preparation and development works, including earthworks, access routes, fencing and related activities before construction, as defined by the project scope.
Operation & Maintenance Projects
Maintenance and support contracts covering the upkeep, repair and continued serviceability of buildings and facilities over the agreed contract period.

1. Bid & Commercial Assessment
We review the scope, assess requirements and risks, develop pricing and define the commercial basis of the proposal.
2. Engineering, Design & Planning
Our teams coordinate engineering inputs, work methods, resource requirements and schedules to establish a practical execution plan.
3. Site Execution
Project teams coordinate people, equipment and daily site activities while monitoring progress and complying with approved safety and work procedures.
4. Quality Control & Handover
We inspect and verify completed works against applicable project requirements, close outstanding items and coordinate handover in line with the client’s procedures.
