Job Responsibility:

• Coordinate and monitor the logistics of materials from supplier to our warehouse yard and site operations
• Coordinate and monitor the transportation of our labour, staff and other relevant stakeholders
• Make schedule plans and coordinate with other departments to make sure transportation and logistics plans are implemented efficiently and effectively
• Follow up and monitor our fleet drivers to comply with our procedures to meet safety, schedule, technical and quality standards
• Optimize and coordinate supply chain and inventory operations via regular status reports
• Ensure all vehicles and relevant logistics are regularly maintained and inspected
• Ensure drivers availability and readiness with regular orientation and instructions to meet safety, schedule, technical and quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Driving license and flexibility to relocate between different sites and offices
• Minimum 2 year post-secondary diploma preferably in logistics related field with 4 year-experience preferably in logistics roles plus relevant training certifications [or] University qualification in logistics management related areas with at least 2 year experience in construction\contracting companies preferably in logistics roles
• HSE basic knowledge of construction work at sites preferably in Aramco projects
• Good manners, professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Responsible, reliable and safety cautious avoiding troubles and reckless decisions
• Leadership, conflict and team management skills
• English language and computer skills are needed for scheduling\ coordination
• candidates from Philippines, India and Nepal are preferred
